Corporate Paralegal
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Assist with M&A transactions, including due diligence and document preparation
Support corporate governance activities, including board materials and compliance filings
Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Maintain organized case files and assist attorneys with litigation support
Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel on legal issues
Monitor deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
Qualification
Required
8+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate or legal setting
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, compliance, and M&A processes
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Paralegal certification preferred
