Responsibilities
Compile scope and fee for projects
Assign tasks and communicate task expectations
Responsible for project set up in Deltek Vision and ensuring that executed contract submitted to accounting
Complete project tasks within deadlines and work within allotted project budgets
Communicate adequately with all team members and senior management
Responsible for QA/QC process
Monitor project finances monthly
Monitor accounts receivable
Responsible for reporting monthly to accounting the project billing summary for invoices
Assist with mentoring junior transportation staff
Market NV5 to FDOT and local municipalities to obtain new contracts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Florida PE License
10+ Years' experience in transportation (roadway) design
Knowledge and experience with MicroStation, InRoads and/or Geopak with Corridor Modeling software
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver's license prior to employment
Preferred
GDOT project experience a plus
