Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end solutions that combine automation, workflows, and AI

Translate process maps and requirements into scalable technical architecture

Define integration patterns with ERP, HRIS, ITSM, and SaaS platforms

Ensure production readiness with logging, observability, SLAs, runbooks

Lead cross-functional PODs during delivery and testing

Required

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university

8+ years integration + workflow solution design

Experience with APIs, eventing, RPA, or workflow orchestration

Exposure to LLM or retrieval-based solutions

Able to design with security, versioning, observability, runbooks

Hands-on with at least 2 of: UiPath / Automation Anywhere, Azure Functions / Logic Apps / Power Automate, AWS Lambda / Step Functions / Bedrock, Moveworks / Teams / Slack / Web components, Comfortable with pipelines, containers, secrets, testing frameworks, Strong API and connector development experience
