Responsibilities

Lead the engineering effort to develop new technologies and support customer needs
Build strong relationships, effectively influence, and communicate with team members, suppliers, and internal and external customers
Perform Control Account Manager (CAM) duties, including planning, managing, and communicating project cost, schedule, and risk to support program earned value metrics, while mentoring other CAMs
Coordinate the preparation of bids and proposals
Manage multiple competing tasks and balance priorities
Travel up to 20%

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
Experience making decisions that impact cost, schedule, and technical performance
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

Experience in a customer-facing role
Experience with the development, integration, test, installation, and support of military networking equipment, avionics, or radios
Background as a CAM using earned value management
Experience in Agile Project Management
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; action-oriented problem solver
Current DoD Secret (or above) security clearance preferred
