Fix, repair, replace, refurbish and restore
Daily apartment maintenance
Emergency repairs
Unit turnovers
Carrying out the asset preservation objectives of ownership
Communicate and interact very well with team members and residents
Beat deadlines
Maintain and preserve the apartment community
Assist in creating an environment for residents that exemplifies California living at its best
Qualification
Required
Hands on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
Ability to communicate and interact very well with team members and residents
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred
Previous maintenance experience
College degree
