Responsibilities
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Manage employee onboarding processes, including orientation and training
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems such as Dayforce, Paylocity, or similar platforms
Assist with benefits administration, including FMLA and leave management
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews using tools like Taleo or SAP
Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR initiatives and improve processes
Collaborate with management on employee relations issues and performance management
Ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll processing through systems like Kronos or Ceridian
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in human resources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Familiarity with HRIS software (Salesforce, Dayforce, Paylocity) is highly desirable
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in data collection and analysis for reporting purposes
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
