Responsibilities

Will serve as a top-level manager in a successful, growing firm

Interact regularly with senior representatives of current and prospective clients

Oversee all client relations for a particular client or multiple clients, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction

Be a key contributor to further defining and guiding the strategic plan

Responsible for the delivery of services, the development of culture and the execution of processes within the offices

Oversee client relations, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction

Establish and develop relationships with potential clients

Work closely with the firm’s Marketing & Business Development departments to develop new opportunities and build relationships

Promote a support structure to further develop the abilities of the staff

Responsible for staffing projections and overseeing the recruitment of new staff

Qualification

Registered Architect15 years architectural experience10 years project managementK12 education experienceHigher Education experience

Required

Must be a Registered Architect in the State

Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession with no less than 10 years of experience managing project teams and processes

Must have prior K12 and/or Higher Education experience to be considered
