Responsibilities

Oversight, administration, and management of new and existing engineering projects throughout the project life cycle

Plans and establishes cost and schedule work breakdown structures (WBS) and metrics, collects performance data (expended labor hours and additional progress measurement indicators), tracks data, productivity and risk analysis, and reports findings to technical, project managers, and management

Work with project leads for project setup

Data entry of funding modifications and value

Works with contracting officers as needed for contract admin support

Charge code management

Invoicing

Contract modification coordination

Subcontract creation/management

Assisting with clerical functions as needed

Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes

Other administrative support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive
