Responsibilities

Architect seamless communications and events by partnering directly with account teams, administrative staff, and executive leadership
Develop and deliver transformative content for diverse platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletters, executive presentations, backgrounders, talking points) that inform and influence key public sector audiences and internal stakeholders
Champion project success by managing multiple priorities, coordinating critical support, and ensuring all deliverables are met under tight deadlines
Cultivate strong partnerships through strategic stakeholder management across varied groups, including the Chief of Staff Office and VPs

Required

Written and Verbal Communication: 3-5+ years developing and delivering clear communications for senior leaders, including executive backgrounders and presentations
Technology Proficiency: 3-5+ years of demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Teams, and other Microsoft Office systems to create content and manage events
Project Management & Organizational Skills: 3-5+ years successfully managing and coordinating events and projects with precision

Preferred

Experience in technology or the public sector is a plus
Familiarity with AI-powered communication tools like CoPilot or general prompt engineering skills is welcomed, demonstrating a growth-oriented mindset
