Territory Manager - 100% Remote
Frontdoor, Inc. is reimagining how homeowners maintain and repair their homes through innovative solutions. The Territory Manager will focus on new business development and maintain relationships with existing accounts, promoting products and services to home builders in their geographical area.

Responsibilities
Uses professional selling skills to acquire new, meaningful (high volume and/or high revenue) business. This role is focused on new business development through prospecting and face-to-face contact in their geographical area
Services existing accounts in their territory through personal contacts and other communication methods
Provides onboarding and training, as needed, to new and existing customers accompanied with the appropriate materials
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the unique value proposition of the products and services available through 2-10 HBW
Develops working relationships with key representatives of HomeAid, Zonda, Home Builder Associations (HBAs) and Building Industry Associations (BIAs) in their established areas
Communicates with their immediate supervisor and other company representatives their ongoing sales and service needs daily or on an as-needed basis
Understands and minimizes costs within established sales budget for their territory
Attends company sponsored regional and national education and training meetings
Monitors and is knowledgeable of local, regional and national industry topics
Attends, organizes and staffs local, regional, and national industry trade exhibits and fairs as required to promote the company's products and services
May assume other duties as applied
Qualification
Required
Effective problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
Proven verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
Up-to-date understanding of the industry's consumer behavior
Proficient customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
Effective analytical skills for analyzing client data
Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
Results driven, persuasive with strong negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent required
Property and Casualty Insurance License is required to be obtained within first year of employment
5+ years of experience required and proven results in sales capacity
Willingness and ability to travel to multiple locations using various modes of transportation for +80% of the workweek
