Responsibilities

Lead a diverse portfolio of federal programs delivering Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion SaaS, E-Business Suite, and Exadata Cloud@Customer solutions tailored for high-compliance, mission-critical environments

Serve as the senior client executive responsible for customer satisfaction, program quality, and performance across all engagements within FRB, HHS, DOI, USSC, USDA, and Courts

Partner with Oracle Sales, Cloud Engineering, and Product Development teams to identify and capture new consulting opportunities that align to agency modernization roadmaps

Oversee portfolio P&L, including revenue forecasting, utilization, and margin performance; ensure disciplined execution and risk management

Provide strategic guidance to agency CIO and CTO organizations on Zero Trust, data sovereignty, and cloud migration strategies leveraging Oracle’s FedRAMP-authorized services

Mentor consulting managers and project leads, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and customer focus across geographically dispersed teams

Champion delivery consistency and operational maturity through use of Oracle’s Migrate360 and Cloud Enablement Frameworks

Required

10+ years of experience leading consulting or systems integration programs for U.S. Federal Civilian agencies

Proven record of leading large-scale cloud and enterprise application modernization efforts using Oracle technology

Deep understanding of federal contracting, acquisition processes, and compliance frameworks

Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior government stakeholders

Bachelor's degree required

Active or clearable U.S. Security Clearance highly desirable

Preferred

15+ years of experience leading consulting or systems integration programs for U.S. Federal Civilian agencies, with direct experience supporting FRB, HHS, DOI, USDA, or Judicial agencies strongly preferred

Advanced degree preferred
