5+ years expJANUS Research Group is currently seeking a Senior Operations Research Systems Analyst to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G8) in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. The role involves applying operations research methods to support Army resource allocation and capability development, as well as translating analytical results into data-driven insights for senior leaders.

Responsibilities
Demonstrates expert analytical and quantitative skills in applying operations research methods to support Army resource allocation, capability development, and modernization analysis
Proficient in developing and employing models, simulations, and statistical tools to assess performance, cost, and risk across SPAR, POM, and AROC/JROC processes
Skilled in translating complex analytical results into clear, data-driven insights and recommendations that inform senior leader decisions within the DCS G-8 mission space
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in operations research, applied mathematics, statistics, engineering (Systems or Industrial), or computer science
Minimum of five (5) years ORSA experience
Demonstrates expert analytical and quantitative skills in applying operations research methods to support Army resource allocation, capability development, and modernization analysis
Proficient in developing and employing models, simulations, and statistical tools to assess performance, cost, and risk across SPAR, POM, and AROC/JROC processes
Skilled in translating complex analytical results into clear, data-driven insights and recommendations that inform senior leader decisions within the DCS G-8 mission space
