Postdoctoral Fellow – Focus on Metabolic Regulators of Cancer Epigenetics
Moffitt Cancer Center is focused on cutting-edge cancer research and patient care, and they are seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to investigate metabolic regulators of cancer epigenetics. The role involves using multidisciplinary approaches to understand how metabolism-driven modifications affect chromatin structure and cancer cell behavior.

Responsibilities
Work independently with a strong desire to develop independent projects
Design and execute experiments; analyze and interpret data
Regularly present findings to the lab and to the Moffitt community and attend conferences to disseminate research findings in preparation for publication
Write manuscripts, postdoctoral fellowships and assist with other funding applications
Qualification
Required
MD or PhD in related science
Should have at least one first Author and one co-authored publication
Has good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Experience with molecular biology and basic cell culture techniques are highly desirable
Candidates with a strong background in cancer biology, cancer epigenetics, chromatin biology, molecular biology techniques, microscopy and analysis are highly desired
The applicant must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills
Be self-driven and enthusiastic
Demonstrate the ability to conduct experiments independently and under supervision
Work independently with a strong desire to develop independent projects
