Assisting, Supervising or mentoring team members and delivering timely feedback and recognition to others
Maintain strong client relations as it pertains to project deliver and repeat business
Presenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
Skills with AutoCAD, REVIT, Hydraulic Calculations, specification writing, familiarity with applicable building codes, cost estimating and other mechanical engineering tasks
Assisting, Supervising or mentoring team members and delivering timely feedback and recognition to others
Maintain strong client relations as it pertains to project deliver and repeat business
Presenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or credential such as CPD (Certified in plumbing design)
Minimum of 5-10 year's relevant experience designing wide variety of facilities for industrial, educational, institutional and governmental projects
Experience with all of the systems associated with Plumbing design including Sanitary, Storm, Domestic Water, Natural Gas
Fire Protection Wet/Dry/Pre-action Sprinkler systems and Fire Standpipe systems
Preferred
LEED AP, CPD, or PE certifications
MA PE
Focused experience with industrial projects, state agency projects, and/or local municipal projects
A candidate with strong REVIT skills
