Assisting, Supervising or mentoring team members and delivering timely feedback and recognition to others
Maintain strong client relations as it pertains to project deliver and repeat business
Presenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate will have skills with AutoCAD, REVIT, Hydraulic Calculations, specification writing, familiarity with applicable building codes, cost estimating and other mechanical engineering tasks
Assisting, Supervising or mentoring team members and delivering timely feedback and recognition to others
Maintain strong client relations as it pertains to project deliver and repeat business
Presenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences
Candidate will have an Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or credential such as CPD (Certified in plumbing design)
Successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 year's relevant experience designing wide variety of facilities for industrial, educational, institutional and governmental projects
The experience should be with all of the systems associated with Plumbing design including Sanitary, Storm, Domestic Water, Natural Gas
Good planning, organizational and communications skills are necessary for success in this position
Preferred
LEED AP, CPD, or PE certifications are preferred but not required
MA PE is preferred but not required
Fire Protection Wet/Dry/Pre-action Sprinkler systems and Fire Standpipe systems would be a plus
Focused experience with industrial projects, state agency projects, and/or local municipal projects is a plus
A candidate with strong REVIT skills is preferred
