Responsibilities

Lead and manage mechanical projects with a focus on plumbing systems
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion and cost control
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders
Identify and mitigate risks related to project execution and plumbing systems
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders

Required

Plumbing experience required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
10+ years Project Management experience
Experience with projects $50M+
Plumbing experience (required)
Experience with mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, etc
Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and on schedule
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
