Responsibilities
Partner with leadership and technical stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build scalable, data-driven recruiting strategies
Source and engage specialized AI talent, including those with high-level security clearances, through creative sourcing channels and networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
Evaluate candidates against role requirements and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence on AI talent trends to inform hiring decisions
Attend industry events and conferences to network and source potential candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics
Ensure data quality within our applicant tracking system
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with 2+ years focused on Data and AI
Strong understanding of the AI talent market—industry trends, academic pipelines, and events/associations/conferences
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills
