VP, Project Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead the execution of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deliverables
Strong background in deployments related to card acquiring, issuing, and other payment-focused technologies
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
Manage project budgets and track expenses against approved plans
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
Conduct project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
Develop and implement risk mitigation and issue resolution plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Prepare and present project reports to senior management
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field AND/OR relevant work experience
Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in project management
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
PMP certification is a plus
