Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls with confidence, clarity, and Cool Cat energy
Book appointments, solve problems, and give homeowners peace of mind
Turn stress into smiles and confusion into clarity
Keep your finger on the pulse of customer mood and market vibes
Keep your team accountable to call volume, speed, quality, and follow-through
Host weekly check-ins, set the tone, and keep morale high
Review performance reports, spot trends, and raise standards
Coach, mentor, correct & encourage
Build systems that make the whole team run smoother than a freshly-stained cedar panel
Ensure every customer has a consistent, premium Cool Cat experience
Keep escalations organized and handled quickly
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to keep workflows tight
Help write and refine SOPs that keep the team airtight
