Responsibilities
Lead survey technicians in performing field survey operations, survey data processing and mapping
Perform QA/QC functions to assure deliverables meet company, State, and client standards
Development of cost estimates and preparation of technical reports and proposals for land surveying projects
Qualification
Required
NC Professional Land Surveyor licensure or ability to obtain within 1 year
A minimum of 10 years survey experience with at least 1 year experience as a Surveying Project Manager
Route, boundary, and topographic field survey and office experience
Ability to prepare construction computations and as-built drawings
Proven track record of successful survey project management
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Preferred
Bachelor of Science in Geomatics or Associates Degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering Technology
Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or or MicroStation surveying platforms
Familiarity with Leica Geosystems and/or Trimble hardware and software
FAA Part 107 certification
Experience processing UAS and HDLS point clouds
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
