Responsibilities

Lead and inspire: Build and mentor a small, high-performing team of product and visual designers. Build design culture

Design the product: Drive UX and product design across web, mobile and future touchpoints, balancing creativity with usability

Shape the brand: Oversee visual and marketing design to ensure a cohesive identity across all touchpoints—from product experiences to marketing campaigns to external communications

Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to bring ideas from concept to launch

Innovate with AI: Explore new interaction models and UX paradigms that leverage AI to make shopping more human, personalized, and inspiring

Create systems: Develop design systems, patterns, and standards that scale across all product and brand touchpoints

Balance strategy and craft: Operate at both 10,000 feet and ground level—driving big-picture design vision while contributing hands-on design work yourself

Required

15+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years leading and mentoring design teams

A portfolio that showcases world-class product design work—ideally in consumer tech, fashion, or lifestyle

Mastery of user-centered design, UX research, and modern design tools (Figma, prototyping, etc.)

A strategic thinker with a builder's mindset—comfortable defining vision, process, and design culture from the ground up

Equally comfortable in pixels and conversations: you love crafting beautiful UI but also thrive in product and leadership discussions

Deep curiosity about how AI can transform creative industries and consumer experiences, as well about emerging technologies and design innovation

Collaborative, low-ego, and energized by startup pace and ambiguity
