Patient-Centered Design: Champion initiatives that prioritize a transparent, empathetic, and supportive financial journey for all patients—from point of entry to final resolution
Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish robust performance metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement across patient financial services and to inform executive leadership decisions
Talent and Culture Development: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence
Operational Excellence: Ensure accuracy and integrity in patient demographic data collection and insurance processing to support timely billing and reimbursement
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Patient Accounting and other departments to optimize front-end processes, minimize denials, and drive revenue cycle efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in business, Health Administration or related field
5-10 years Financial Clearance, Patient Access or Revenue Cycle Experience
MS Office, Excel, EPIC
