Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120s
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines
Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to provide clients with accurate advice
Assist clients with tax planning strategies and recommendations
Oversee the work of junior tax staff and provide mentorship and training as needed
Review and analyze financial statements for tax implications and accurate reporting
Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Qualification
Required
CPA OR Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is required
Required experience with Stock Plans, RSUs, Equity Stock Comp Packages
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
BS Accounting + MS accounting preferred
7+ years of experience in tax preparation and review preferred
Strong experience with 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120s
