Responsibilities

Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Money Market Portal, aligning with SS&C's overall business objectives and market demands
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and client needs assessments to identify new opportunities, features, and enhancements for the portal
Translate complex business requirements and user stories into detailed product specifications, working closely with engineering, UX/UI design, and other cross-functional teams
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and conceptualization through development, launch, and post-launch optimization
Prioritize product backlog and features based on strategic value, client impact, technical feasibility, and resource availability
Act as the primary subject matter expert for the Money Market Portal, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, client services, and implementation teams
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, internal business units, and regulatory experts, to gather feedback and ensure compliance and market relevance
Monitor product performance, user engagement, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and future innovation
Develop and deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and training materials for internal and external audiences
Champion agile development methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 7-10 years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically managing financial technology products or platforms FINTECH
Demonstrable expertise and in-depth knowledge of money market instruments, fixed income products, and treasury management operations
Proven experience in developing and managing client-facing portals or online platforms within the financial services industry
Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements
Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
Experience with market research tools, competitive analysis, and user feedback mechanisms

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to money markets and financial instruments is highly desirable
