Sr. Corporate Counsel - Federal Regulatory Affairs (Security, Supply Chain & IoT)

Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for national and data security policy, supply chain, and IoT issues
Draft internal legal memoranda, strategy briefs, and regulatory filings to advance company advocacy and positioning
Develop strategy and advocacy efforts, including engagement with lawmakers and regulators, industry associations, and other internal and external stakeholders
Direct and manage law firm and consultant work streams within your issue areas
Monitor, review, and synthesize all regulatory proposals and filings, coalition positions, and agency activity into actionable internal guidance
Collaborate across legal, government affairs, and operations teams to ensure cohesive regulatory messaging and accurate representation of T-Mobile’s technology and services
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
7-10 years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on federal telecommunications law, FCC regulatory work, or public policy
Direct experience interacting with the FCC or other government agencies along with an understanding of the complex international landscape
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
