The Chip Williams Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Showing Partner to join their real estate team powered by PLACE. This role is designed for new agents or experienced agents wanting mentorship, providing hands-on experience in buyer and seller transactions while leveraging PLACE’s systems and technology.

Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist lead agents in showing homes to buyers and preparing listings for sellers, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and attention to detail
Property Tours: Schedule and conduct property showings, providing feedback and insight to both clients and the lead agent
Market Knowledge: Learn local market trends, pricing, and neighborhood details using PLACE’s tools and data resources
Transaction Support: Support the lead agent by helping with paperwork, inspections, and communication throughout the buying and selling process
System Utilization: Use PLACE’s CRM and technology platforms to manage client information, schedule appointments, and maintain follow-up systems
Training & Development: Participate in PLACE Launch, skill-building sessions, and mentorship programs to grow your knowledge, confidence, and production
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the lead agent, marketing team, and operations staff to ensure smooth transactions and a consistent client experience
