Per Diem Research Data Associate * Must have fluency in English and Mandarin *
NYU Grossman School of Medicine is one of the nation's top-ranked medical schools, and they are seeking a part-time bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese coordinator to assist with projects in the Department of Pediatrics. The role involves supporting study management and data collection on the impact of parent literacy on children's health, including medication instructions and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities
Performing parent interviews and administration of assessments
Enrollment of families
Coordination of follow-up
Scoring of questionnaires and assessments
Data entry / database creation
Preparation / translation of documents
Preparation of materials for assessments
Assistance in preparation of Institutional Review Board (IRB) documents
Assistance in manuscript and grant preparation
Ordering / organization study materials, including incentives for participation and office supplies
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree required
Fluency in English and Mandarin required
Candidate should be able to read and write in both languages
Excellent communication and organization skills necessary
Prior experience working with children and families a plus
Prior research experience preferred
Ability to commit for a 2-year commitment preferred
