$15/hr - $15/hrBoys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee is seeking an Intern Tutor for their RTI/Reading program. The Tutors will provide school and club-based tutoring to students in metro Nashville who require additional support to meet educational benchmarks.

Responsibilities
Supports the MNPS Response to Intervention (RTI) Framework for reading intervention and remediation at the elementary school level
Collaborate with school staff to problem solve when appropriate
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in special education, education, or a related discipline (e.g., school counseling, school psychology)
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple people as part of a collaborative team
Ability to work in a collaborative manner
Works well in a fast-paced environment; demonstrates flexibility and adaptability with a sense of urgency and zeal for ensuring every student in the program has access to additional support as needed
Models professionalism, engages in reflection and self-led continuous improvement, and seeks out feedback
Preferred
Bilingual, in Spanish a plus
