Global Payments Inc. is seeking high-energy, motivated recent college graduates to launch a career in Sales. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for creating and qualifying opportunities that drive revenue growth and will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and interest level
Schedule qualified meetings and live passes for Account Executives
Maintain accurate and organized activity tracking within Salesforce
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and cadences
Research and identify potential prospects within assigned markets or verticals
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline goals
Continuously learn about ACTIVE’s products, competitors, and market trends
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to handle objections confidently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
1+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (internships or entry-level experience welcome)
Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM/prospecting tools is a plus
