Purchase and sale agreements

Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of relevant experience at reputable law firm or in-house
Excellent drafting skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional, positive attitude, & team player
Ability to work well under pressure from internal and external clients
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, motivated, and efficient
