Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents related to the initiation or closing of residential escrows, alleviating branches of high volume paperwork
Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers
Perform work similar to that of an associate-level employee, with tasks that may be slightly more complex due to greater experience and knowledge
Assist in the opening and closing of escrows
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Flexible and self-motivated
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to follow escrow procedures and an awareness of regulations governing the escrow process
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
1-2 years of escrow processing experience is preferred
