Responsibilities

Establish and maintain contact with artificial intelligence enterprises in accordance with the company’s business development plan—responsible for customer outreach, communication, negotiation, and relationship management
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and project handover, ensuring smooth transitions to the delivery team
Follow up on the execution and payment progress of ongoing projects, and actively participate in securing and supporting new business opportunities
Maintain and expand long-term client relationships by understanding client needs, gathering feedback, and providing consultative solutions aligned with Abaka AI’s services
Collect, update, and analyze customer and market data regularly to identify new business trends, partnership opportunities, and strategic insights
Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and product teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into execution plans
Support business presentations, proposals, and documentation to communicate Abaka AI’s technical strengths and value propositions effectively

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management; experience in AI, data, or technology industries is preferred
Strong stress tolerance and adaptability, with the ability to manage complex client relationships and control the pace of projects effectively
Skilled in identifying and managing client decision-making chains—capable of guiding every step of the sales process and providing professional consultation and follow-up
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a client-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership
Demonstrated teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
Fluent spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is a plus

Preferred

Experience in AI, data, or technology industries is preferred
Additional language proficiency is a plus
