WithCoverage is a company that redefines risk management through AI and proprietary technology. The Growth Lead - Community will build brand awareness through community-driven events, manage operations, and partner with the Growth Team to drive new member growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Work directly with our CEO to build and launch multiple communities focused on our ICP (website, new member onboarding, community operations)

Be the face of WithCoverage at events nationwide, traveling regularly to host, connect, and build relationships in person

Own all day to day operations (events, concierge services)

Responsible for all new member onboarding

Partner with Growth Team to execute new member growth strategies

Own reporting on metrics (net new members, net new opportunities for WithCoverage, etc.)

Required

4+ years in relevant fields (high-growth startups, management consulting, or investment banking/PE/VC)

Expert relationship manager and networker, with capacity to excel in B2B sales closing 6-7 figure deals
