Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to add new partners and achieve sales targets all while promoting our nonprofit mission and values
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Travel to trade shows, conferences, and other events to develop new client relationships and understand market needs
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Conduct regular account reviews to assess client needs, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients throughout the sales and post-sales process
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts
Provide clients with product training and support to maximize the value of our solutions
Assist clients in navigating our products and services, ensuring they utilize all available features and benefits
Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Collaborate with marketing, product development, business analytics, other departments, and external partners to align sales and customer experience efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and overall business strategies, and improve operational efficiencies
Monitor and report on sales performance, account activity, and client satisfaction
Use data to identify trends, measure success, and adjust strategies as needed
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management

Required

7+ years of sales experience in the technology, telecommunications, education, libraries, nonprofit, government, or social welfare sectors
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and processes
Experienced developing and nurturing large partnerships in multi-step sales cycle environment
Analytical and goal-oriented mindset with a keen eye for interpreting data, making data-driven decisions, and exceeding sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Passion for the nonprofit sector and a genuine interest in contributing to social impact initiatives
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues and partners
Team commitment that fosters collaboration and readily engages in any area where assistance is required
Eligible Locations: Applicants must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CO, CT, GA, KY, MD, NY, PA, TX
