Research Associate II – Immuno-oncology and Spatial Biology

Responsibilities
Perform wet-lab and technical experimental work related to translational immuno-oncology studies in colorectal cancer
Process and manage clinical biospecimens (tumor tissues, blood, and FFPE samples) for downstream molecular and spatial analyses
Conduct advanced spatial biology and immunology assays
Maintain organized sample inventory, records, and reagent tracking
Assist with basic data analysis, figure preparation, and presentation of results
Collaborate with clinicians and scientists to integrate molecular and imaging data for mechanistic and biomarker discovery studies
Contribute to the preparation of research reports, manuscripts, and grant applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology or related field
Two years related research/laboratory experience with a Bachelor's degree or one year related research/laboratory experience with a Master's degree
Preferred
Prior experience with immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, or molecular biology techniques is strongly preferred
Experience with spatial transcriptomics, multiplex imaging, or single-cell technologies is a plus but not required
Strong motivation to learn and contribute to both clinical and basic cancer research
