Responsibilities
Create engaging content that educates and inspires
Produce high-quality videos, social media posts, and blog articles that teach people about our product through practical use cases and compelling stories
Balance educational content with viral, shareable moments that expand our reach
Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar that drives consistent engagement across all channels and complements our product launch and marketing motions
Design and run creative social campaigns that spark conversation and encourage user participation
Foster interactions with community advocates, power users, and influencers
Partner with community members to organize and execute engaging offline events and connect offline and online moments
Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to track content performance and community engagement
Use data to inform creative decisions and optimize our content strategy
Demonstrate clear impact on key business metrics including user acquisition, activation, and retention
Qualification
Required

Social media native and intuition for virality. You know how to create content that is both informative, high quality, and highly shareable in today's social media landscape
Deep product understanding. You are highly curious about AI products, have great product understanding and knowledge, and can act as our product advocate
Thrive on creativity and experimentation. You are constantly coming up with new and fun ideas for social campaigns and content formats
Love building and engaging with communities. You have a proven track record of fostering vibrant and active communities, online and offline
Are data-informed and results-oriented. You use data to inform your creative decisions and are focused on driving measurable results
Preferred
3-5 years of experience in a content marketing or community management role at a tech company
A portfolio of engaging content, including videos, social media posts, and blog articles
Experience with video editing software and other content creation tools
A proven track record of growing an online community from the ground up
