Responsibilities
Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence
Design, write, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services
Design and develop designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems
Facilitate service demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning
Define and develop software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems
Engage on issues, work on live issues, quickly diagnose/mitigate issues, create bug fixes, software patches, SOPs and work on diagnostic improvements and automation tooling to scale
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience
Strong technical background in multiple areas associated with the Exadata Server life cycle
Experience with automation workflows
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new product stacks
Good communication skills
Ability to lead customers
Ability to handle hot and complex critical issues
Experience in defining and developing software for tasks associated with developing, designing, and debugging software applications or operating systems
Experience in designing, writing, and deploying software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services
Experience in designing and developing designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems
Experience in facilitating service demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning
