Responsibilities
Create and update 2D drawings, diagrams and schematics using AutoCAD LT
Generate complete drawing packages and BOMs for production release
Interpret redlines and translate engineering input into accurate design drawing outputs
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and shop personnel to ensure drawing accuracy and manufacturability
Review the final as-built vehicle to verify the accuracy of design and diagrams, and update and document as needed
Support multiple concurrent projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in CAD Drafting, CAD Technology, or equivalent technical fieldwork experience
3+ years of professional experience drafting using AutoCAD / AutoCAD LT
Proficient in 2D drafting with AutoCAD LT
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, symbols, and standards
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across departments
Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to work under vehicles and in a manufacturing setting when needed
Preferred
Software Proficiency in AutoCAD LT
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Adobe Acrobat
