They are looking for a Head of Incentive Compensation to lead a team responsible for the development and implementation of incentive programs for customer-facing teams, ensuring compliance and effective execution of incentive plans.

Responsibilities

Guide IC Business Partners through coaching, feedback, and development
Build strong cross-functional and external relationships to enhance collaboration
Communicate clearly and inclusively across all levels
Design and implement IC plans, contests, and performance reporting
Ensure compliant application of all payout rules and bonus structures
Partner with internal teams and vendors to manage IC processes and communications
Champion data accuracy and validation across all IC deliverables
Provide analytical insights using multiple data sources to inform decisions
Serve as liaison for IC data inputs across internal and external partners
Align IC practices with UCB’s guiding principles and ethical standards
Share best practices across brands and ensure consistency
Manage end-to-end IC administration: goal setting, plan rollout, approvals, payouts, and effectiveness analysis
Respond to bonus inquiries and maintain exception logs
Collaborate with customer data operations teams to resolve issues and ensure data integrity
Contribute to Ecosystem Operations and support ad hoc projects
Partner with consultants and internal teams for new alignments or deployments
Coordinate system integration between IC, CRM (Veeva), and reporting tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Economics, Communication Management, Business Administration, Biology, or relevant STEM degree
10+ years of general business experience, with 5+ years of incentive compensation experience
3+ years of people leadership experience
3+ years of experience with engaging in strategic discussions around business decisions related to IC with leadership and in making leadership presentations
Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint skills

Preferred

Master's degree or higher in finance, business, or engineering or any of relevant discipline such as Business technology, Information management, Business analytics, Operations management, or MBA
3+ years of pharmaceutical incentive compensation experience with rare disease or oncology portfolios
Experience with data modelling and advanced analytics
