Responsibilities

Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product consistency and performance

Lead the QC Inspector Team to verify product quality and ensure adherence to specifications

Supervise the Quality Lab through the Lab Supervisor; support product qualifications, testing protocols, and trial validations

Investigate customer complaints and internal nonconformances; identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions

Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and drive improvements

Maintain quality documentation, specifications, and control plans

Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Participate in customer visits and technical reviews related to product quality

Evaluate supplier performance and provide input on material quality concerns

Perform other related duties as assigned by the President to support quality initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field required

Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality and manufacturing management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management tools

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex quality issues
