D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility focused on helping individuals get stronger and healthier. They are seeking a Client Specialist who will drive sales and membership growth by engaging with leads and building relationships with clients, parents, and coaches.

Responsibilities

Engage leads, walk-ins, parents, and athletes with confidence and enthusiasm
Present D1 Training programs and convert prospects into members
Hit (and beat) weekly and monthly sales goals
Generate new leads through calls, texts, community events, and partnerships
Represent D1 Training at local events, schools, and athletic communities
Help grow D1’s footprint in the Corona area
Learn clients’ goals and guide them to the right programs
Be the go-to connection between athletes, parents, and coaches
Support retention by creating an exceptional onboarding experience
Collaborate with coaches and leadership to drive results
Assist with promotions, campaigns, and special events
Track performance and contribute ideas to improve sales systems

Qualification

Required

2+ years in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (fitness sales a plus)
Comfortable talking to parents, athletes, and adults
Organized, motivated, and goal-oriented

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
Athletic background is a plus—but sales mindset matters more
