Master the Platform: Learn BeatGig’s services and value proposition to effectively support Talent Buyers and clients
Build a Pipeline: Research and develop a database of prospective clients, acquiring contact information for outreach
Engage Prospects: Conduct outreach to potential clients, addressing objections to secure bookings
Artist Booking: Check artist availability and assist in negotiating terms with artists, managers, and agents
Contract Management: Secure signed booking contracts and ensure accuracy in all transaction details
Account Completion: Assist in finalizing artist accounts and ensuring all required documentation is in place
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with care and maintain strict confidentiality
Additional Duties: Complete any other responsibilities as assigned to support Talent Buyers and the broader team
