Responsibilities

Review and abstract purchase agreements and ground leases
Prepare critical dates memos and closing checklists
Review and analyze title commitments, underlying title instruments and boundary surveys
Draft summaries and objection letters relating to title reviews
Organize and fulfill conditions required to meet title requirements
Conduct research on real property tax and ownership information
Coordinate real estate closings
Monitor the recording and issuance of final title insurance policies
Manage post-closing matters
Handle commercial real estate leasing matters
Draft, review, and manage commercial leases, amendments and ancillary documents
Coordinate with clients and title companies to facilitate the execution of lease documents
Resolve any leasing-related issues promptly

Detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with specialized experience in title and survey review
Experience in reviewing and abstracting purchase agreements and ground leases
