Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions for large-scale, complex projects
Participate in the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
Work closely with cross-functional teams, both onsite and offshore, to troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve our systems
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
Set measurable goals, track progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Be part of a rotational on-call schedule to ensure system reliability and performance

Required

Ability to work onsite in our Great River, NY office
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in software development
Strong background in Agile development and full lifecycle project delivery
Proficiency in: Angular (v13+)
Proficiency in: Java (v1.8+)
Proficiency in: TypeScript, HTML5, CSS
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to deliver high-quality software on time

Preferred

Experience in health and human services or post-acute care industries
Familiarity with Netsmart EHR solutions
Deep understanding of responsive design, web performance, and browser compatibility
Experience with: Spring Boot and RESTful API development
Experience with: Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum practices
Experience with: Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS environments
