Responsibilities

Resolve workplace conflict that has resulted in psychological injury claims by using your mediation and communication skills with the relevant stakeholders
Facilitate early access to treatment and other required services to support the workers timely recovery and return to work
Work collaboratively with treating doctors, treatment providers, workers and employers to develop and action early intervention plans to achieve key objectives
Work effectively with Case Managers, Team Leaders and internal stakeholders to support claims management
Interact with internal and external stakeholders face to face and through video conferencing and phone

Qualification

Required

Experience, training or qualifications in mediation or facilitated workplace discussions
Ability to identify and resolve conflict by taking informed action based on information gathered from various stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a range of mediums
Ability to build productive relationships and meet stakeholder needs
