Responsibilities

Configure or review existing set up of PeopleSoft Unified Navigation for enterprise applications
Troubleshoot navigation, performance and integration issues across multiple systems
Collaborate with functional teams to support smooth workflows
Lead Interaction Hub setup and enhancements for a unified user experience
Review and suggest resolution to issues related to user access/SSO, web services, and integration with other enterprise applications

Qualification

Unified NavigationPeopleSoft PeopleToolsIntegration BrokerTroubleshooting skillsHigher Education experienceSSO experienceAPI experienceCross-system workflows

Required

Deep understanding of Unified Navigation
Strong PeopleSoft PeopleTools experience (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Integration Broker)
Strong integration and troubleshooting skills

Preferred

Experience in Higher Education sector is a plus
Experience with SSO, APIs, or cross-system workflows is a plus
