GENERAL OFFICE CLERK POOL
Del Mar College is seeking a General Office Clerk Pool to provide direct and indirect administrative support to the Early College Programs department. The role involves handling incoming calls, maintaining filing systems, updating paperwork, and performing general office duties.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and greet students and visitors as needed
Maintain the filling system and update paperwork as well as maintain documents
Maintain and enter information in the student database, process student requests and assist with scanning
Maintain office common areas and perform other general office duties
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalency
Three (3) months experience in an office setting
Proficient with Microsoft Platform (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Preferred
Experience in Higher Education
