Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the implementation of strategies and operational processes directly related to delivering the Service
Ensure that the Service is delivered in accordance with all applicable rules, laws and/or regulations
Work cross-functionally with the Company’s recruiting and performance management personnel, to design the personnel strategy required to ensure proper delivery of the Service
Work cross-functionally with the Company’s product and design teams to conduct user testing and related survey work to ensure that the delivery of the Service is keeping pace with the needs of our customers
Leveraging analytic tools to find ways to enhance the effectiveness of the Service
Manage and develop the standards and best practices for delivering the Service
Qualification
Required
Six (6) plus years of experience in the credit repair space strongly preferred
Performance-oriented with a proven track record of success in the credit repair space
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
Prior experience building and managing a team
Intellectually curious and highly accountable
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Prior experience in customer service also preferred but not required
