Education: Typically a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience: Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing VMware environments is commonly required
Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in the VMware suite (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and related technologies (vSAN, NSX, Horizon View) is essential
Certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) certifications are strongly preferred
Related Technologies: Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, storage area networks (SAN/NAS), networking principles, and potentially cloud platforms AWS or Azure is beneficial
