Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Generate leads and close restoration service opportunities
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Conduct site visits and inspections within your assigned territory
Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation in CRM
Work closely with our operations and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Represent True North’s brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
1+ year experience in outside sales or related field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities
A positive attitude and self-driven work ethic
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
